By accessing kcptflyers.com or using any KCPT Flyers Flight School service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Services Offered

KCPT Flyers Flight School provides flight training, aircraft rental, instructional services, and related aviation activities at Cleburne Regional Airport (KCPT). All services are subject to applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR), our internal rental rules, and individual instructor judgment.

3. Flight Training & Rental

Flight training and aircraft rental are subject to a separate signed agreement and our Rental Rules & Policies. Renters must meet all FAA currency, medical, and insurance requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose qualifications or judgment we believe could compromise safety.

4. Safety

Aviation involves inherent risk. By choosing to train or rent with us, you acknowledge this risk and agree to operate within all FAA regulations, manufacturer limitations, and our policies. Our chief pilot and instructors have final authority over any go/no-go decision.

5. Payment

Payment terms, refund policies, and block-time arrangements are described in our rental rules and at the time of service. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of each flight.

6. Website Use

You may not use the site to: violate any law; harm us or others; interfere with site operation; or copy, scrape, or republish content without permission. All site content is © KCPT Flyers Flight School unless otherwise noted.

7. Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party sites (Chronos scheduling, FAA, mapping services). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Pricing on the site is subject to change without notice; final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KCPT Flyers Flight School and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Liability arising from flight training or rental is governed by your signed rental and training agreements and applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Texas.

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
