All rentals are wet rates — meaning fuel and oil are included. Hobbs time is used for billing. Instructor rates are separate where applicable.

Instructor Rates
CFI: $45 - $60/hr

Instructor time is billed in addition to aircraft rental and varies by instructor and activity.

Pre-pay 10+ hours in advance for a discounted block rate. Ask about our block-time program — a great way to lock in rates and budget your training.

What's Included
- 100-octane low-lead aviation fuel (100LL)
- Engine oil and routine consumables
- Aircraft liability and hull insurance (renter-named)
- Pre-flight briefing materials and W&B sheets
- Use of headsets if needed (please bring your own when possible)
Not included: Landing fees at other airports, overnight tie-down fees away from KCPT, and aircraft damage deductibles (see Rental Rules).
